What is Gestalt Therapy?
This branch of psychotherapy focuses on the relationship between therapist and client. The dynamic relationship with the other fosters awareness of what's going on in life and reveals and the repetitive and automatic patterns.
Gestalt therapy will help you to get in touch with yourself, your emotions and your bodily sensations, learn to understand and satisfy your needs, achieve self-realization and make your life and your relationships with yourself, others and the environment more fulfilling and joyful.
